Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' abilities and develop personalized intervention plans to enable daily living and work skills.
• Use therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
• Adapt living environments to patients' needs and advise on home and workplace environmental alterations.
• Assess and record patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to provide a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Provide guidance and education to patients' family members and caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical occupational therapy setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and a holistic therapeutic approach.
